Finding The problem of your PC

You turn on your PC and find that it is lagging a lot.you cannot do any decent task due to these lag spikes you try to wait for some time and try again but it is not working at all. you restart but don't see any significant changes to the performance. There can be plenty of reasons why this has happened. there could be a virus, crash or anything. however the most prominent problem is overload. overload occurs when a lot of background or startup programs are under use which can lead to a crash. You can find out if it is an overload by a built in feature for Windows 8 and 10 called task manager . Task Manager is a built in program that comes with windows 10.

To view Task Manager, Follow the steps as given below-

  • Right click on the start icon,
  • Click on The task Manager tool.
Alternatively, you can even press Ctrl+ Shift+ Esc keys at the same time to open Task Manager.

the window should look like this

Here you can find all the different usage percentile on the right . If any of Them are showing there value as 100%, then left click on them, this will show you which program is using the most CPU or memory value. Left click on it and click on the End Task button on the lower-right corner. if The problem doesn't solve, try restarting now.

There are many other ways of making sure that your computer's performance is up-to-date. like Changing your processor, RAM or hard drive.
